Hooray for a new site update!

No, not like it was with a new system and all that bullshit, like before. This is more along the lines of the Community section getting updated. It won't appear to be much, but we do have a couple of new modules on the side panel when you visit the Community section. You have a list of Top Members, as well as statistics about the Community section, including total members, and how many are male or female.

Profiles have been updated a tad bit as well. You can vote on other people's profiles, whether you like 'em or don't like 'em. If someone's profile is the worst profile you've ever seen in the history of profile, then by all means, give it a thumbs down and be on your merry way. If it's just, "meh," then don't do anything and move on to the next. But if it's my profile, I expect only a thumbs up. You know you want to. Oh, and there are also new fields you can fill out, which are mainly the typical profile stuff--favorite movies, books, etc. We also have this multiple profile feature, but I have no idea how it works yet. It allows the user to have a certain profile type; ie, a teacher versus a student.

Review updates have been frozen due to the holidays, I'm guessing, but don't worry, we'll be back up with a normal schedule soon enough. Due to recent financial woes, Rude Dude episodes haven't been completed. It's always something, I know. Good news is, at least I've got more progress on this time around. Bad news is, still don't have anything to show for it. On a side note, Plumtree will be no longer a primary character like originally planned. After much deliberation (and believe me, it was a lot) for the character, Medisinn and myself have come to the conclusion that there is virtually nothing we can do to make Wizard Time a normal show. At least, not without it becoming boring and repetitive. Theodore Plumtree will still be used as a guest spot in other reviews most likely, mainly in Rude Dude episodes. However, Medisinn has something else planned out that seems to be better in terms of originality and consistency.

Also, as announced on our Facebook, we are in need of a new banner for the site. Personally, I don't have the time to design one, so I would like a volunteer from our community to do it for me.  It should be 966 pixels wide and 208 pixels high. Leave 300 pixels on the left for the DFF logo banner to be placed.

One last note: as mentioned in our promo video, we have a new series of articles coming soon called "Tips For Failure." I would say to make sure you keep your heads up for that, but I'll be updating our social networking and whoring out the links anyways, so I suppose it would be pointless. :P But do keep a look out for my link-whoring, at least.
